Returns & Exchanges
All items—domestic and international—may be returned or exchanged within 30 days. If you wish to make a return or exchange, please contact our customer service department.
Once your return or exchange has been approved, you will receive a return label via email.
Aglaya Charis offers free returns within The Netherlands and most other European countries.
Any items you wish to return must be post-marked within and up to 30 days.
In order to be eligible for return or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Any worn, washed, or damaged items will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Aglaya Charis offers store credit—in the amount of the original sales price—or exchange only.
Should your item arrive defective, please contact our customer service department info@AglayaCharis.com to arrange a replacement or exchange.
In order to return your purchased item you must use the return label provided by our customer service department. (Please see Returns & Exchanges for details.)
In order to verify a return or exchange, you will need to mail your parcel with a shipping and tracking code and notify our customer service department via email.

Aglaya Charis does not accept responsibility for parcels damaged or lost by the shipping company or companies.
